So, Apparently We’re All Supposed to Be Storing Our Peanut Butter Upside Down?

If you do try the upside-down trick, make sure the lid is tightly sealed. Some jars can leak a little oil, especially if they’re stored on their sides in the fridge. To be safe, place the jar on a small plate or inside a container just in case. And don’t skip that first stir. It’s the key to keeping everything smooth.
